Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Trend Vibe. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods (like food or flowers)
- Personal care items (like cosmetics or intimate clothing)
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, UPI, etc.).
- You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at ziluxsite@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ziluxsite@gmail.com
